The Low FODMAP diet can be used for Irritable Bowel Syndrome (IBS), Small Intestinal Bacterial Overgrowth (SIBO), or Inflammatory Bowel Disease (IBD)… But what the devil CAN you eat if you’re on this diet? It’s so restrictive! In this video, we discuss low FODMAP foods that you can enjoy on this diet.

I’d like to point out, however, that the low FODMAP diet does NOT *treat* IBS, SIBO, or IBD. Rather, it can be used as a bandaid to keep symptoms down while you’re working on treating the root causes.
Folks with irritable bowel syndrome (IBS), small intestinal bacterial overgrowth (SIBO), inflammatory bowel disease (IBD), and reflux often find benefit in the low FODMAP diet. But what does the low FODMAP diet actually look like? What foods should you be adding and subtracting from your diet? Let me know where to send them (below) and I’ll send you my handy guides:
- Low FODMAP Foods List: Ever wonder what you CAN eat while doing low FODMAP? I have compiled these lists from years of experience working with patients with IBS and SIBO. Use these templates as a starting point for your elimination diet if you are embarking on the low FODMAP diet!
- High FODMAP Foods List: These are the foods that you need to reduce or avoid while in the elimination phase of the low FODMAP Diet. Organized by FODMAP type, this list can also be used to help you reintroduce foods systematically.
