Exceptions:

I’m confident that you can eat high FODMAP foods again with two important exceptions:

1. If you have Celiac disease or a wheat or gluten allergy I cannot help you eat
gluten-containing grains again. Similarly, it’s unlikely that I can help you
reintroduce gluten if you have another autoimmune disease that necessitates
that you remain gluten-free.

2. If you are overtly lactose intolerant there is a low likelihood that
you’ll be able to eat high lactose dairy without consequence.
