You Can Enjoy the FODMAPs Again

You can have your cake and eat it too- you can treat your IBS and/or SIBO while enjoying high FODMAP foods. I’m so confident in your ability to eat these foods again (without discomfort!) I’ll give you your money back if I’m wrong.

Does This Sound Like You?

😞 You feel like your entire life revolves around your gut. Thinking about what will and will not trigger symptoms, deciding what to eat, watching summits, listening to podcasts, shopping for the holy grail of supplements…

😞 You’re sick of being left out of outings and family functions because your diet is

😞 You feel like you’ve been at war with your gut and/or your microbes for so long you
honestly don’t remember what it feels like to love and appreciate your body.

😞 You’ve spent months or years in pursuit of dietary perfection, but you still feel
bloated and “bleh.”

😞 You feel out of control- like your gut is running the show and you’re just along for the ride.

😢 You’ve followed every online guru, listened to every podcast, bought every summit… And you’re still stuck.

It Doesn’t Have to Be This Way!
Imagine if…

… You were able to say “yes” or “no” to an invitation purely based on whether or not you WANTED to attend (wild, I know).

… You were able to enjoy holidays and restaurants again.

… You were able to feel confident in your clothing and not worry if your bloated belly made you look pregnant.

… You were able to do things you ENJOY instead of dedicating every moment of every day to this gosh-darn healing quest.

😃  Imagine your life WITHOUT having to watch online summits, dig through hours of Youtube videos, and post to
online gut health groups.

Happy FODMAP Eaters are Saying…

Going to Dr. DiNezza changed my life. I had been diagnosed as a celiac years earlier, and a gastro had suggested SIBO but given no clear path to eliminating it. Meanwhile, my food intolerances were getting out of control. I had severe pain and bloating with rice, corn, eggs, onion, garlic, apples, avocados, mangos, cherries, plums, pears.  After three months of treatment I was able to introduce everything back to my diet (except gluten, which will be lifelong). I cannot rave enough about her and her practice! Highly recommended.

Dr. DiNezza has been an invaluable resource to me. When I started seeing her, I was suffering from fatigue, body aches, headaches, digestive issues, anxiety, and depression, among other ailments. Over time, Dr. DiNezza helped me to figure out what was going on with my body (SIBO and histamine intolerance, among many other things) and to find solutions that brought my health back. I am so much better now, and whenever I do have a setback, I know that I can contact her and she will help me identify a solution. She is friendly, compassionate, and knowledgeable. Highly recommend.

Dr. DiNezza is the most educated practitioner I have ever met. She was the third doctor to see me for severe digestive issues that began last year… I started to see improvement right away. Throughout the past several months she has monitored my progress and made adjustments with my supplements whenever necessary, or if we saw a plateau in my progress as well as when a flare up occurred. Healing naturally can sometimes be a long journey, but I feel Dr. DiNezza is always there to listen and work to find the pieces of the puzzle. I trust her immensely.

Hi, I’m Dr. DiNezza

I’ve helped hundreds of folks just like you treat their IBS or SIBO, rehab their microbiome, reintroduce FODMAPs, and live their dang life again.

I know what it’s like to be where you are right now. I know what it’s like to fear food. I know what it’s like to miss out on outings because my diet was impossible to manage at a restaurant. I know what it’s like to try to function with a list of “cannot eat” foods a mile long- it’s exhausting.

As a Functional Nutritional Therapy Practitioner, I strongly believe that food has the power to heal. I have also learned that we cannot restrict or starve our way to good health- we need to add life.

You can trust me to help you.

Let’s get those FODMAPs back in your diet once and for all.

Your Worry-Free Guarantee

I know YOU may not believe in your gut right now, but I do. I’m so confident in your ability to eat FODMAPs and heal your gut that I’ll give you your money back if you’re not 100% satisfied with this course. All I ask is that you provide some sort of proof that you put in the work (ex. symptom diary with notes about what you did along the way).

I’m confident that you can eat high FODMAP foods again with two important exceptions:

1. If you have Celiac disease or a wheat or gluten allergy I cannot help you eat
gluten-containing grains again. Similarly, it’s unlikely that I can help you
reintroduce gluten if you have another autoimmune disease that necessitates
that you remain gluten-free.

2. If you are overtly lactose intolerant there is a low likelihood that
you’ll be able to eat high lactose dairy without consequence.
